Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy At Thrive Therapeutic Bodyworks, we value your time and commitment to your health and wellness. In order to provide the best possible service to all our clients and to respect the time of our therapists, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Policy Details: 24-Hour Notice Required: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged 50% of the session cost. For example, for a session cost of $160, the late cancellation fee will be $80. No-Call No-Show: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without providing any notice (no-call no-show) will be charged the full session amount of $160. No Charge for Timely Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not incur any charges. Online: If you booked your appointment online, you can cancel through our online booking system. Important Considerations: Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency that prevents you from making your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Repeated Cancellations: Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments may be required to prepay for future sessions.
